Refer a Friend Promotion - Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview:
- The promotion is open to existing customers of Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service ("Bright Wellness").
- To qualify, an existing customer ("Referrer") must refer a new client ("Referred Client") to Bright Wellness and specifically reference the “Uber Eats promotion” to management.
- The Referred Client must successfully use the service for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks.
- Upon successful completion, the Referrer will receive a $200 AUD Uber Eats eGift Card.
- The promotion commences from July 8th, 2024 and will run until Bright Wellness decides to terminate the promotion.
2. Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to all existing customers of Bright Wellness.
- The Referrer must be an active customer of Bright Wellness at the time of the referral and the reward.
- The Referred Client must be a new customer who has not previously used Bright Wellness services.
3. Referral Process:
- The Referrer must contact Bright Wellness by email or phone and reference the “Uber Eats promotion” to initiate the referral process.
- The Referrer must provide their name and contact details along with the Referred Client’s name and contact details.
- Once the Referred Client is onboarded, Bright Wellness will notify the Referrer that the 4-week period has commenced.
- Bright Wellness will again notify the Referrer upon the successful completion of the Referred Client’s 4-week service period.
- Bright Wellness will process the rewarding of the eGift Card within seven (7) business days after the successful completion notification.
4. Conditions for Reward:
- The Referred Client must successfully complete a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks of service with Bright Wellness.
- The 4-week period is counted from the first day of service utilized by the Referred Client.
- The Referred Client must fully pay for the services rendered during this period.
- The Referrer will receive the $200 AUD Uber Eats eGift Card within seven (7) business days of the Referred Client's successful completion of the 4-week service period.
5. General Conditions:
- This promotion is limited to 1 redemption per existing customer.
- The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Bright Wellness reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bright Wellness reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet the promotion criteria or are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
- The eGift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Liability:
- Bright Wellness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered eGift Cards.
- Bright Wellness shall not be liable for any technical issues or other problems that may occur during the referral process or the use of the eGift Card.
7. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
