My name is Ben Brightwell and I am the owner and head trainer at Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service.

Our Approach to Fitness

At Bright Wellness, we take proven exercises and movements that improve physical fitness and adapt them to your ability level. This ensures you’re always appropriately challenged, while keeping every session safe, accessible, and enjoyable.

    Bright Wellness specialises in personal training for people with disabilities, following programs that are planned and structured according to the specific needs of each individual.
